Policies & Refunds

50% Deposit – Balance in Installments (up to 31 days before departure)

  • For cancellations made less than 31 days before departure, 50% of the total fare will be charged, plus any additional airline penalties (the air ticket may be fully non-refundable depending on the fare booked).
  • Changeable up to 31 days before departure, subject to the airline change fee, fare difference, and Umrah Express administrative fee.
  • Changeable up to 31 days before departure, subject to the airline change fee, fare difference, and a umrah express administrative fee.
  • Refundable up to 31 days before departure, subject to a €100 cancellation fee per passenger, plus any non-refundable airline penalties.

Full Payment 100%

  • For changes made less than 31 days before departure, conditions depend on the airline ticket change policy.
  • For cancellations made less than 31 days before departure, 50% of the total fare will be charged.
  • Changeable up to 31 days before departure.
  • Refundable up to 31 days before departure, subject to a €100 cancellation fee per passenger.

20% Deposit – Balance in Installments (up to 31 days before departure)
